What changes

Your staff spend less time on work a system can do

  • Staff retype orders from emailOrders are read, checked and entered
  • Month-end reports are built by handOne report draws on billing, sales and accounting data
  • Sales staff build their own call listsA ranked list is ready each morning
  • Answers depend on a few experienced staffStaff ask a question and see the source document

How it works

Start with the project, then find the funding

  1. 1

Tell us what you want to change

Describe the work that is slow, manual or based on guesswork, and the systems you use. The contact form takes about five minutes.

  2. 2

We scope it and check the funding

We propose a first project with its cost and payback. Then we tell you which programs fit it, and whether each is a grant, a loan or a contribution you repay.

  3. 3

You decide, apply and we build

You choose whether to go ahead, with or without funding, and you sign any application. We deliver working software in stages. You own all of it.

  4. 4

    We keep your claim ready

We keep the records the program asks for as the work happens. Your claim is ready when the project ends.

About

A North American team, based in Toronto

We are software engineers, entrepreneurs and corporate executives. We build revenue, data and AI systems for companies that make, move, build and sell things.

  • We find the first project worth doing, and price it with its payback.
  • We build it on the systems you already run, in stages you can see working.
  • We prepare funding applications with you and keep the records programs ask for.

We work with companies across Canada and the United States. Canadian funding programs apply only to businesses operating in Canada. The people you first speak with do the work.

Tell us what you want to change

Answer a few questions about the project. We reply with a first scope and the funding that fits it. Funding is never guaranteed, and we tell you when a program is not a good fit.
